Three Town Centre Pubs Close As Staff Get Tested For Coronavirus

Three town centre pubs are closing temporarily while their members of staff get tested for coronavirus.

Today, the Silk Mill and The Cobblers in Leek announced on social media the pubs were shutting after each had a staff member test positive for Covid-19.

They join the Blue Mugge, who announced they would be closing after they were notified they had come into contact with someone who had tested postive.

Now staff at all three pubs are self-isolating and some are still awaiting test results. Once their results are confirmed, the pubs will look to announce their reopening dates.
